We do our best to ensure that our employees quickly get accustomed to their new surroundings, hence each new employee takes part in our specially-designed induction plan. There are multiple development opportunities provided, including an advanced employee appraisal system, development plans, various internal and external trainings as well as internal recruitment system. We place utmost importance on the safety of our employees, which is of special importance in the case of workers at the production plant and sales representatives who spend a large portion of their working day in a vehicle.

In 2011 we received the “Top Employers “certificate, awarded by the CRF Institute. Its granting was preceded by an analysis of primary benefits, secondary benefits and working conditions, training and career development, and company culture.
